Our Why: Compassion in Action
Since our founding in 2022, our mission at Ford Special Care Services has been to provide exceptional care with a focus on compassion, integrity, and respect. The idea for this facility has always been a dream of mine, and it was something I knew I wanted to create long before I ever took the first step. My mother, who was always my biggest supporter, was there to encourage me, saying she would help when the time was right. Sadly, before I was able to get started, my mom passed away. However, just before she did, she told me that I would achieve my dream of opening this facility, and that gave me the motivation I needed to move forward and make it happen.
In honor of my mother’s belief in me, I’ve dedicated myself to creating a place where residents feel cared for, valued, and respected. With faith in God and a deep passion for providing quality care, I’ve worked tirelessly to make Ford Special Care Services a reality. To me, success is not just about providing high-quality care—it’s about the peace of mind that comes from knowing our residents and their families are treated like our own.
As we continue to grow and evolve, we are committed to exceeding expectations and ensuring that every resident feels truly at home. I am excited about the future of Ford Special Care Services and invite you to be part of this journey, where we pour our hearts into everything we do.

Eric Ford
Eric Ford, the founder and CEO of Ford Special Care Services, began his career over two decades ago as a respiratory therapist. With experience in patient care, management, and leadership, Eric developed a deep understanding of healthcare and a passion for serving others. His desire to provide exceptional senior care grew out of his own experiences, including his vision to start a business with his mother. Though she passed away before they could bring their dream to life, Eric continues to honor her memory by creating a facility where residents receive compassionate, family-centered care.

Lindsay Ford
Lindsay Ford is the Administrative support for Ford Special Care Services. As Eric’s wife, Lindsay plays a key role in the daily operations of the facility, handling administrative tasks and helping ensure everything runs smoothly. With a strong background in administration, she is dedicated to creating a seamless experience for both residents and their families. Lindsay’s commitment to the mission of Ford Special Care Services helps maintain a caring, organized environment for everyone involved.
